Smith, was one of the lead FBI investigators charged with investigating alleged Democratic fundraising wrongdoing in 1996. Was she feeding him misinformation from the People's Republic as well as the occasional grape? Marshall notes that yesterday's ABC News prime time lead story last night about Leung never mentions her affiliations with the GOP, nor Smith's previous investigation of the Democrats in 1996-97. .
