Cspan caller gripes about excess of black callers

via "The Root", here: "Caller Respectfully Critiques C-SPAN's Abundance of Black Callers." Are they being sarcastic when they refer to the caller as respectful? You decide for yourself.

I have neglected Hugo Zoom this past month. However, starting next week I mean to go back to posting cultural tidbits here, probably at the rate of 3 times a week or so. Meanwhile I will be gone for a few days, visiting family, and should be back around April 5th.
